Colony Club Winter Wedding.

Ashley and Pete tied the knot on a Sunday afternoon in one of the most beautiful venues in Detroit. The Colony Club hosted the ceremony and the reception, and part of Ashley’s getting ready. Surrounded by family and friends who had travelled from all over, this was a warm, intimate wedding. You could tell how loved both Ashley and Pete are. Im a sucker for unscripted, candid moments. This wedding was full of joy and some tears, because every wonderful story is.

Despite the fact that daylight was short and it was a rainy day, we still had an amazing time shooting around the Colony Club’s famed staircase and glorious ballroom. Ashley’s dress was straight out of a fairy tale, and it moved that way too. Pete, for his part, looked handsome too, especially because he could not stop smiling.
